Newborn Photography – Tampa Bay, Florida

IK Photoart provides customized newborn photography services in studio and on location in the Greater Tampa Bay area: Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Seminole, St. Petersburg, and surrounding beaches. The studio is located in Seminole, Pinellas County.

Newborns are so precious.
Their portraits should be, too.

You are passionate about your baby, you believe he or she is the best thing that ever happened to you.

You want to have a beautiful and accurate representation of how your precious baby looked like when just entered the new world. And you want to show your friends how beautiful he or she is.

My mission is to create your newborn’s portraits that will be a treasured family heirloom, and always evoke that endless wellspring of love for the tiny person who is your child. Newborns change so fast; in just a few weeks you’ll scarcely remember how little and cuddly your baby was just a blink of an eye ago.

Let us create amazing photos of your little one in the first days of life!

Newborn  Photography Experience with IK Photoart

Safety is our highest concern with our babies and newborns. We are dedicated to safe practices and creating a loving and safe environment.

Sessions are available in my studio in Seminole, in your home, or on location if you prefer an outdoor session and it is warm enough for a newborn. We provide props and style the session to your liking.

Newborn sessions feature the newborn and his or her immediate family and usually last around two hours.

*Travel fee is required for photo session locations more than 20 miles away from zip code 33772.

Your job is to sit back and relax while I work my magic. There is no need to have any clothing or props for the baby, my studio is equipped with a variety of wraps, swaddle blankets, headbands, baskets, and more. Some parents enjoy watching the photographer creating art with their baby, while other parents choose to catch up on their emails, or even take a much-needed nap!

Look for my newborn gallery to see my style. I like simple poses, meaningful backgrounds, tenderness, and delicacy. I love light, natural and neutral colors.  My passion is creating timeless portraits of your babies and I concentrate on this during our newborn session. I love capturing a bond between a new parent and their baby as well, and I always take some candid parent-and-baby portraits.

If we have a meltdown during a session or we get together and realize that your baby is simply not feeling comfortable that day, I am happy to come back for another try in next available day. I invest my time in giving you the best experience possible, while respecting your newborn’s needs.

If you love my work and are convinced my style is a good match for you, continue to the next step, and contact us to schedule your free consultation. Only after our personal communication you can be sure in your choice. If you’re not convinced, I suggest you to  look around, there are a plenty of talented newborn photographers in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and all in between. There is no point in hiring an artist and while expecting to change the way they work.

Here are 5 reasons why you have to consider to invest in professional service:

  1. A professional newborn photographer knows how to hold, pose, and work with a newborn. For IK Photoart, safety is the utmost concern when working with newborn babies, and will never attempt tricky poses that make your baby uncomfortable. I know the techniques and ideas to keep your baby safe and sound during a session.
  2. High quality memories require a high quality equipment that enable the photographer to provide consistent results in any lighting condition.  And furthermore, it require to have the knowledge of how to use it. No camera or light has ever gotten together and produced a portrait session on their own.
  3.  After the images were captured, there is always some “room for improvement”. Here is when editing comes to place to turn each valuable picture to an art piece. A professional photographer knows how to work with delicate skin tones, to edit backgrounds, and to fix any small things that might detract from the sweet baby face.
  4. Part of hiring a professional is about taking advantage of how they “see”. It’s a professional’s job is to bring their vision and artistry to each portrait session. You select and hire a photographer that has a common vision with you, so your photos will look like seen through your eyes.
  5. A professional photographer will guide you through the entire process: from helping help you with outfit and backdrops choices to posing.  This allows you to relax and enjoy while your most cherished images are being created!
